All you need is coffee, water, and a filter!
Step 1
Add 3 tbsp of coffee to the upper chamber. Place the disc on top and press lightly.
Step 2
Boil 100 ml water and let it rest for 30–45 seconds, then pour over the coffee. Cover with lid.
Step 3
Let it drip for 8–12 minutes (up to 15 for a stronger brew) to collect the decoction.
Step 4
Mix 50 ml decoction with 100–120 ml hot milk. For black coffee, use 90–120 ml hot water instead.
Step 5
Time for the METER POUR!
Aim for a slow, steady
drip when preparing your
decoction.
If the flow is too fast,
increase pressure or use
a slightly finer grind.
If the flow is slow, ease
the press or use a slightly
coarser grind.
Do not boil the decoction.
Add to hot milk or water
before serving.
