When will my coffee reach me?
We usually ship it out within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on where you are – typically 2-4 days for metro cities and 4-7 days for other locations.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, a delivery fee is applied at checkout. It varies depending on your location and order size.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet – for now, we deliver across India only. If you’re based abroad and want to try our coffee, send us an email at hello@metercoffee and we’ll see what’s possible!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please reach out to us at hello@metercoffee.in within 5 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
